The Lively Show

The Lively Show -- Jess Lively

Jess Lively has been a constant inspiration since last year when I first discovered her blog.  For those of you who haven’t come across this fabulous lady yet, Jess Lively helps people design their lives and businesses with Values-based intentions.  She believes that everything you do must be hinged on values, and not just goals or aspirations.  It’s a surefire way to live a fulfilled life at the present moment.

The Lively ShowJess’ podcast, is now my favorite podcast to date (sorry, Mo Twister)!  She interviews inspiring individuals who have been thriving in their respective fields, primarily because of values-based intentions.  I listen to it on a regular basis and it never fails to uplift and inspire me.  What I like about Jess’ interviews is that she’s always a step ahead of her listeners.  Whenever I have a follow up question for the interviewee in my head, she goes and asks it as if I just whispered it to her!

I highly recommend this podcast for all you inspiration-seekers out there.  If you’re downloading it for the first time, I suggest you jump right away to the latest episode where Jess was the one being interviewed.  She talks about purpose, intention, and uncertainty in relation to what she’s been through and how she’s gotten to where she is now, and it’s definitely one of the most sincere, genuine and moving interviews I’ve listened to.

Jess’ blog, podcast, and mentorship have been influencing the way I approach things, (especially health, blogging, work, and possessions), and I’m sure she can do the same for you.  In short, this woman’s pretty awesome!  Please download The Lively Show on iTunes now! :)

In other news, expect some minor tweaks on this blog soon.  I’m pretty excited about it, but more of that on another entry.  Have a great week ahead!

@ Mollymia – You can listen to the show directly on the site (http://jesslively.com/livelyshow/), on iTunes (https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/the-lively-show/id815582351), or on Stitcher (http://www.stitcher.com/podcast/jess-lively/the-lively-show?refid=stpr). : )

To get them on your phone, download the iPhone Podcast app (it’s free) and search for The Lively Show to subscribe. I believe the same works for Stitcher on android, too.
